Many workers have relied on illegal, unregulated shuttle services, often with little oversight on safety, vehicle maintenance, or driver training. This created serious concerns for commuters who needed to get to work safely and reliably. Without proper regulations, these services posed safety risks, contributed to traffic congestion, and left commuters with limited recourse if something went wrong.
Enter Liftango and Gatezone, supported by the RTA. Our mission is clear: to replace these unregulated services with a legal, safe, and efficient transport system that benefits everyone in Dubai.

On December 1st, 2024, Liftango and Gatezone launched Fluxx Bus pooling, a service designed to tackle these challenges head-on. The service will initially operate with 20 vehicles across 7 dedicated routes, connecting 15 key hubs throughout Dubai. This is just the beginning of what we see as a scalable and transformative solution for commuter transport.
